After placing your order we aim to despatch your item/s within 2-3 working days. Any order received after 5pm will be classed as next working day and this includes weekends & bank holidays.
We strive to keep our stock levels up to date but if any part of your order is out of stock you will have to option to wait until your entire order is back in stock or have the out of stock items put on back order and sent on separately.
All orders will be sent via 1st class mail & any order exceeding a weight of 1kg will be sent by either Courier or Royal Mail Standard Parcels. However, in the event of a sales promotion we reserve the right to send items by 2nd class mail.
In the unlikely event that your order has not been received after 10 working days from despatch, please e-mail us and we will sort the problem out for you.
After receiving your goods, if you are not entirely happy with any of your items, you may return them to us within 7 working days of receipt. The goods must be received back to us in their original condition and sealed packets must be unopened. Postage costs incurred for any returned item will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
A refund will be made excluding any postage costs and a 15% handling fee will be charged for all wrongly ordered/returned goods. If your original order qualified for free shipping any returned item within this order will be subject to postage fees should it fall below the threshold.
In the unlikely event that your order is received damaged, the items must be returned within 10 days of receipt and you will have the option of a full refund or replacement. In the rare case an item is received faulty, please return it within 10 days for a full refund or replacement.
It is advisable that any returned goods be sent by recorded delivery to ensure their safe arrival, we will not be held responsible for items lost if this option is not taken.
For EU & Overseas customers we only accept Protx (Credit Card) though you can pay using a cheque if you are the holder of a British bank account, in which case you must provide your British billing address in signup and then specify your delivery address for your EU or Oversea's place of residence.
Refunds will be made by cheque or through Protx depending on your original method of payment. |
